I did buy a one of their electric tricycles and I will probably buy more later. However, I do need to note several problems. - The manual does not indicate where to put the spare tire or include a wiring schematic. - I found loose connections for the dashboard display. It is inconvenient to the customer to have to check those very often. - The electronics behave as though they are of poor quality. They've failed on me twice and will cost more than the overall price of the vehicle and its shipping and customs to replace. - The sales agent knew I was American, yet the company did not prepare the rickshaw to suit. It was shipped with a charger meant for European electrical standards, not American. Also, the dashboard display shows Chinese characters and kilometers per hour, not English and miles per hour. The key positive of the product is the frame and body, as it is of the highest quality.
